Level 3 Teaching assistant

About the Role

Reeson Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a nurturing SEN primary school in Manchester. This full-time role involves supporting pupils aged 5-11 with complex learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to pupils with social and emotional needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Lead small group and one-to-one intervention sessions.
• Encourage positive relationships and emotional regulation.
• Implement behavior support strategies with empathy.

Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
• Experience with complex needs, trauma, ASD, or ADHD.
• Confident in leading small groups and classes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for inclusive education.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from £14.00 to £16.00, inclusive of holiday pay.

Location & Schedule

Full-time position in Manchester, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
