About the Role

Our live-in care assistants provide each customer with a bespoke care experience tailored to their specific needs and

preferences. The service gives customers the reassurance of 24-hour support in the comfort of their own homes. However,

live in care assistants are not expected to be continuously on duty for 24 hours, you will have pre-arranged rest

periods each day.

This important role brings challenges as well as rewards. You will need patience, compassion and an ability to listen

well, so you can support customers to stay in touch with the things that really matter to them, even on the difficult
