Locality Lead for Health Visiting
About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for the daily operations within a Bromley borough Health Visiting team. They will
work closely with other Locality Leads, the Professional Development Nurse, and Specialist Health Visitors and
practitioners to support staff in achieving key objectives for the service. The post holder will review the KPIs and
other relevant performance data monthly for the service, and highlight any anomalies in the data ahead of the quarterly
contract meetings. The post holder will work closely with the Bromley 0-19 Service Lead and will be responsible for
operational management and clinical leadership with a health visiting team. Please see the attached JD and PS for more
