Locality Lead for School Nursing

About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for the daily operations within the Bromley borough School Nursing team. They will

work closely with other Locality Leads, the Professional Development Nurse, and Specialist practitioners to support

staff in achieving key objectives for the service. The post holder will review the KPIs and other relevant performance

data monthly for the service, and highlight any anomalies in the data ahead of the quarterly contract meetings. The post

holder will work closely with the Bromley 0-19 Service Lead and will be responsible for operational management and

clinical leadership with the School Nursing team. Please see the attached JD and PS for more details.
