About the Role

Advanced Clinical Practitioners urgently required in Croydon for Extended access roles.

Dream Medical are pleased to be working on a new contract that requires local GP Practices to work together to deliver

services collectively. One of the objectives of this contract is to continue to deliver services between 16.00 and 20:00

on weekday evenings and between 09:00 and 17:00 on a Saturday. Dream is working closely with six Croydon Practices to

support the delivery of this Enhanced Access service.

This service offers both GP and Nurse Appointments which will are available to patients, either via face-to-face or via
