Locum Case Manager

As a Case Manager with Network Case Management means building strong and supportive relationships with the individuals

and key stakeholders within your network. You will assess, implement and review each client’s needs whilst maintaining a

professional and supportive role. Your primary responsibility is supporting the individuals under your case load achieve

their goals. This role is a self-employed, locum role and work will be allocated according to your availability and the

current caseload.
