Locum Consultant Adult Infectious Diseases & Med.Micro (ID/MMV) or GIM

About the Role

The post holder will provide the infection support for the Guys hospital site, though the post is part of a rotation

that supports routine clinical infection work at Guys, the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. The DoI provides

specialist clinical care across a wide range of tertiary specialities across the 5 hospital sites. In addition, we are

one of five units in the national network for High Consequence Infectious Diseases-airborne pathogens (HCID-a) and we

provide a commissioned multi-drug resistant tuberculosis service. GSTT and RBH combined have one of the largest Critical

Care services in the country including hosting the two largest ECMO centres (RBH and STH). Guys hospital hosts the
