About the Role

Clinical: The highest quality patient care is the standard of all clinical care. Clinical duties will be to provide

peri-operative assessment and peri-operative care for elective and emergency patients across the spectrum of surgical

specialties offered at Freeman Hospital, excluding cardiothoracic surgery Provision of anaesthesia for all directorate

surgical specialities for elective and emergency patients. Flexible sessions and sessions in emergency surgery may be

included in the job plan Flexibility is expected in the weekly timetable to ensure efficient use of the Consultants time

and directorate resources There may be the opportunity to work in the Pre-Assessment Clinic, with responsibility for
