About the Role
The postholder will also be expected to deliver clinical activity and administrative responsibilities in line with the
agreed job plan and departmental service model. Patient-centred care is a core priority, and the Consultant will ensure
patients, and their families are meaningfully involved in decisions about treatment, with a clear emphasis on
communication, safety, and personalised outcomes. As part of the departments commitment to continuous improvement, the
Consultant will engage in audit, research, teaching and clinical governance, supporting the refinement of neurosurgical
