About the Role

The post holder will join an existing team of Intensivists in Scarborough and contribute to daytime and on-call ICU

duties. The ICU at Scarborough Hospital currently admits around 400 patients per year and is currently staffed to a

dependency of 6 level 3 beds with future growth likely.

A brand new, purpose-built, state of the art Intensive Care Unit opened in May 2025. The new Intensive care unit has 10

individual patient rooms, a roof terrace, and fantastic staff facilities.
