Locum Consultant in Emergency General Surgery

About the Role

Flexible sessions within the job plan allow prospective cover for the Acute Surgical Unit, as well as opportunities to

undertake elective activity aligned to your interests. This may includeendoscopy, outpatient clinics, and elective

operating lists. You will participate in the 1:12 oncall rota, based at the Royal United Hospitals Bath. The post is

based at the RUH, and you will be expected to: Take part in audit, quality improvement and directorate meetings

Undertake required administrative duties Maintain professional development through meetings, courses and annual

appraisal Participate in teaching and research, including opportunities through our Bristol Medical School academy and
