About the Role

We are recruiting a Locum consultant geriatrician for a 12 month fixed term period (ending 7th Feb 2027) to join our

exciting and rapidly expanding Frailty Team delivering integrated holistic care spanning both acute and community

settings. The post holder’s primary duty will be to develop pathways and enhance the reactive frailty services, UCR,

virtual wards, ED front door and Mary Seacole Unit. In addition, the post holder will have opportunities to support the

integrated frailty service and be involved in providing reactive and proactive care across the acute and community

areas. There will also be responsibilities in supervising and teaching trainees and medical students, as well as nursing
