Locum Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology - Peterborough

About the Role

This locum consultant position in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust offers a unique opportunity to work in a reputable hospital, covering maternity leave for nine months starting January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care.
• Participate in a 1 in 13 on-call rota.
• Engage in cross-site working as needed.
• Contribute to the training of junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

• Full registration with the GMC.
• Relevant experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location & Schedule

This role is based at Peterborough City Hospital, with a standard job plan of 10 programmed activities.
