About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Consultant Medical Ophthalmologist to work within the Adnexal Service at

City Road sites on a fixed term basis for 6 months. This part-time consultant post offers 4.38 programmed activities

(PAs) of which 3.50 provide direct clinical care (DCC)and 0.88 for supporting professional activities

This post will focus on the delivery of a medical Ophthalmology support to patients with inflammatory orbital and

periocular disease, and patients co-managed in the combined adnexal/ocular surface clinic. They will have responsibility

for continued development of Governance of the Adnexal patients requiring such treatment both at the City Road site, and
