About the Role
At Newcross, West Park and Cannock Hospitals there are 871 general and acute beds (including paediatric beds) The Renal
and Diabetes Directorate has 142 acute beds, therefore forming the biggest bed base for Division 2. Renal has a total of
76 beds, spanning across the below acute medical wards. C22 is a mixed sex ward. In addition to providing high quality
in-patient care; out-patient biopsy procedures also take place on this ward. C24 is a 28 bedded female only ward. C25
cares for male patients and has 28 beds. The wards accept patients from other hospitals for renal treatment/assessments.
