Locum Consultant Paediatrician

About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities: Provide high-quality clinical care in general community paediatrics, including assessment and

management of children with developmental, behavioural and neurodisability needs. Undertake clinics in locality settings

to support accessible, family-centred care. Hold responsibility for the health oversight of children attending a

designated special school, including regular clinical reviews and liaison with education and therapy services.

Participate in consultant-led epilepsy clinics, jointly with epilepsy specialist nurses, ensuring safe and

evidence-based management. Contribute to multidisciplinary feeding clinics alongside dietitians and speech and language
