About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established community mental health team in an CQC rated Outstanding

Trust. You will join the 7 wte other consultants already leading a well-resourced MDT including trainees and specialty

doctors working across the primary and secondary community services. You will have a range of community responsibilities

within the service providing a holistic and assertive service for working age adults with severe mental illness. The

team is based at a community clinic which houses all our Neighbourhood Teams as well as the Early Intervention and an

Early Detection of Psychosis Service. It is about 5 minutes walk away from the inpatient unit located at Homerton
