About the Role

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced General Practitioner with a Specialist Interest (GPwSI)

to join an innovative, menopause and endocrine toxicity focused breast cancer survivorship service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of personalised follow-up care for people living with and

beyond breast cancer. The post holder will work in close collaboration with a Specialist Nurse, breast oncology

consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality,

person-centred care for patients experiencing endocrine therapy side effects and treatment-induced menopause.
