Required for 3 month contract on a temp rate

Required for an innovative, progressive primary care organisation based in High Wycombe

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help look after 23,500 patients in an environment similar to a walk in centre

but with the ability to progress into long term condition management. Prescribing is an essential requirement and career

development is encouraged.
