Key Responsibilities: Conducting and managing long-term condition reviews (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension).

Administering childhood and adult immunisations. Performing cervical screening. Providing health promotion and lifestyle

advice. Supporting chronic disease management and contributing to QOF achievement. Delivering travel vaccinations and

advice.
