About the Role
As an Asthma/COPD Nurse you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with asthma and other respiratory
conditions. The role involves diagnosis, monitoring & development of individual management plans, agreeing these as
appropriate with the patient & other health professionals. You will be responsible for supporting patients in managing
their condition, promoting self-care, and ensuring adherence to local and national asthma management guidelines (e.g.
BTS/SIGN, NICE). Working within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional boundaries, the post holder will deliver
