from you! Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join an
Outstanding Special Needs school in Witham. The students that attend the school have a variety of special needs,
including Autism and SLD. Therefore, personal care is required as part of this role. Many of the students are
non-verbal, so strong communication is also important. A strong desire to assist in this area is required, but no
