About the Role
Manage referral of patients who are identified as having a clinical requirement and identifying when a patient requires
medical attention. Understanding the management of patients undergoing a worsening of their condition utilising a
recognised pathway for referral if appropriate. Develop clinical skills in history taking, clinical examination,
assessment and/or treatment of respiratory disease Involve patients, carers and relatives in the giving of information
regarding the project. Impart specialist knowledge, advice and support to colleagues, patients, carers and relative
where appropriate. Use the expertise and knowledge of professional colleagues, acknowledging the boundaries of different
