About the Role

information about sponsorship for certain roles, please visit - The post holder will be responsible for: Provision of
care for patients with primary and secondary Lymphoedema within all care institutions, including the patients home,
across the county. Promote and behave consistently with the Trust values and promote these on a daily basis. Use their
initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to
patients. Provide advice, education and support to patients with Lymphoedema or Lipoedema to aid self-management. Liaise
