About the Role

An opportunity has arisen at Epsom & St. Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust to join our Macmillan Cancer Support

Worker Team (CSW). The successful applicant will work alongside an established team of Clinical Nurse Specialists,

Advanced Nurse Practitioners and medical colleagues supporting patients being investigated and treated for cancer.

The main focus of the Macmillan Cancer Support Workers is to support people to navigate the complex health and social

care system during and following completion of cancer treatment. The post holder will coordinate care by providing a

single point of access, including rapid re-entry into the system for those people identified as having urgent or
