About the Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Perform specialist holistic assessments when assessing the needs of the person with

dementia or cognitive frailty when receiving care for oncology treatment within the Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Plan,

implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs to ensure continuity of effective patient

care. Perform advanced clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis of dementia and management of associated

psychological and physical health needs. Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload. Provide

expert professional advice to multi-disciplinary colleagues regarding the care of patients with dementia and their
