About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Macmillan Dementia and Cognitive Frailty Practitioner to join

Dementia Team within our newly established Supportive Oncology Directorate at The Christie. This senior clinical role

offers the opportunity to lead, influence and deliver high-quality, person-centred dementia care within a specialist

oncology setting.

You will work autonomously while supporting the Dementia and Cognitive Frailty Lead to develop and embed best practice

across the Trust. Acting as a visible clinical leader and champion for dementia care, you will improve patient and carer
