About the Role

The Macmillan Health Care Assistant Band 3 is an experienced member of the team undertaking person-centered care in the

community setting and supporting the Band 2 MHCT.

This is an exciting opportunity for joining a compassionate team who deliver end of life services. The team works

closely with the District Nurses, Community Macmillan Nurses, End of Life Lead Nurse, Unscheduled Care Team and outside

agencies when necessary to ensure the best possible care.
