Maintenance & Compliance Technician

About the Role

£25,660 per annum 37.5 hours per week (working 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis)

Permanent About the Role • Play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and well-presented campus environment •

Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, small works and minor redecoration • Support statutory compliance checks,

including fire alarms, emergency lighting, water temperatures and lifts • Complete meter readings (water, gas, electric,

oil, biomass and PV) and report findings as required • Respond to service requests via the Estates Service Desk and

Residential Support team • Assist with sustainability data requests and act as a first responder to consumption queries
