About the Role
Management Responsibilities Laise with trust management, Nursing personnel, Support personnel, Statutory bodies and
specialist contractors to advise on the best course of action to be taken in situations as they arise and carry out
recommendations where this is within their capabilities. Follow and ensure compliance with all trust procedures and
policies including Health & Safety and Risk management. Carry out risk assessments for work carried out by self.
Participate in the management on call system and be the first point of contact for out of hours emergencies. Manage in
an effective manner the emergency call by taking the appropriate action. Escalate any situations to more senior managers
