About the Role

Our Middleton Park, Leeds service offers specialized, person-centred support for adults with Autistic Spectrum

conditions, additional learning disabilities, and mental health needs. We're seeking calm, resourceful, and enthusiastic

individuals who are highly motivated to join our friendly team.

In this role, you'll provide person-centred care and support to tenants, enabling them to participate in all aspects of

daily life and enjoy a variety of activities. Your positive communication skills and ability to demonstrate

unconditional positive regard for the people we support are essential.
