Manager of Early Years Nursery

About the Role

We seek an experienced manager who is committed to building on our existing ‘Good’ Ofsted practice with the aspiration to reach ‘Outstanding’. This role will involve leading a team to provide opportunities through well-resourced environments and quality teaching and learning practices for children to develop and explore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of educators.
• Enhance learning environments for children.
• Collaborate with parents and outside agencies.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
• Drive initiatives to achieve ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.

Requirements

• Proven experience in nursery management.
• Strong understanding of early years education.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Children’s Links Little Explorers nursery, Grantham; 37 hours per week.
