About the Role
· The post holder will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of Martha’s rule across North Tees
Hospital. The post holder will be required to undertake large scale change across the organisation, ensuring sufficient
stakeholder engagement and planning have been actioned prior to implementation of all three phases of Martha’s rule.
· The postholder will work closely with the Critical Care Outreach team to optimise the current C4C initiative and
consider how maternity and paediatric areas can be fully supported.
