About the Role

Work in partnership with the General Manager, Obstetricians and Midwifery team, to provide both operational and

governance business support and support in the development and implementation of the Service’s strategic objectives.

· Responsible for the overall safe and smooth delivery of identified services as set out in the Trust business plan,

national service frameworks and contractual commitments with CCGs and NHS England

· Prepare and action improvement plans as and when required to improve the quality of care and patient experience

· Responsible for delivering relevant performance targets and metrics, including clinical outcome objectives and service
