Maternity GP Locum

About the Role

We are seeking a GP to join the practice for long-term locum maternity cover for a period of 12 months, working 6

sessions per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The role will involve providing routine GP duties including both

telephone and face-to-face consultations for acute and routine appointments. All patient requests are triaged by a duty

GP prior to booking, ensuring that only appropriate and relevant cases are scheduled into your clinic. Appointments are

scheduled in 15-minute slots, with 12 appointments per session. The successful candidate will be responsible for

managing acute, chronic, and complex conditions in line with GMC and NICE guidance. Duties will also include reviewing
