About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and highly motivated maternity leader to manage the Antenatal Outpatients Department,

encompassing Antenatal Clinics and the Antenatal Day Assessment Unit. The post holder will have a passion for delivering

high-quality, woman-centred antenatal care across both consultant-led and midwifery-led services, ensuring safe,

responsive pathways for women with both low-risk and complex needs.

You will provide strong, visible leadership to midwives and maternity support workers, and work collaboratively with

obstetric consultants and the wider maternity leadership team. The role requires the ability to drive service
