About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational manager with a passion for low risk birth choices both in a hospital setting and at

home. A manager who supports the development of both MLU / Homebirth sustainability and meeting the case loading demands

for patients who meet the enhanced care threshold. You must possess strong leadership qualities and have the ability to

implement new initiatives and the courage to drive forward future development, while working in partnership with other

maternity managers.
