Maternal Medicine - Maternity Support Worker post, Band 4

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and professional individual who is keen to work within an outpatient maternal

medicine service. The maternal medicine team provides care to pregnant women and birthing people with complex medical

conditions. You will have the knowledge and experience to work alongside midwives and support women with infant feeding,

blood glucose monitoring, health promotion on pelvic health, vaccinations, diet and exercise, be able to safely monitor
