About the Role

The maternity support worker is a key member of our multidisciplinary team. With their specialist knowledge they will

support midwives in providing an insightful women and birthing people service based on current evidence and research.

The post holder will provide teaching of parenting skills using current knowledge gained from experience and training,

and will ensure that women/birthing people, their babies, and families are cared for in a safe environment that ensures

privacy and dignity is always maintained.
