About the Role

As a Maternity Support Worker, you’ll play an essential role in supporting women, birthing individuals, and their

families throughout their maternity journey. Working closely with midwives and the wider healthcare team, you’ll help

provide safe, compassionate, and holistic care across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and community settings.

You’ll bring empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for making a difference for women and their families. We’ll

provide the training and support you need to grow your skills and confidence, while you help us deliver the highest

standard of woman-centred care.
