About the Role

The post holder will work with the Smoke free pregnancy specialist midwife and other team members in providing

individualised stop smoking support to women and families in a flexible and innovative way.

Plan and deliver stop smoking advice and support sessions, including advice on stop smoking medications, working within

recommended protocols and guidelines. This involves face to face and virtual appointments in a variety of settings and

venues including home visits and working cross site within MFT.

Support a caseload of patients and develop individually tailored support plans including recommending treatments based
