About the Role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Children's Nurse who is dynamic and high performing to join the

senior management team as Matron for Children's Services based at Colchester hospital.

You will provide managerial, professional and clinical leadership to nurses and support staff working within the

children's service ensuring the professional contributions of these staff is maximised to achieve the Trusts objectives

and strategic goals in accordance with user needs, and national and local professional standards.
