About the Role
JOB SUMMARY The post holder will have a key leadership role across the organisation working at an Advanced Practice
level and will provide specialist knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of outstanding inpatient care, working
across all four pillars of practice. Act as the Lead Patient Safety Specialist for the whole of care services,
supporting a patient safety culture with clear systems in place to ensure senior management understanding of the issues
that may exist and actions needed to be taken across the hospice in relation to patient safety. Work with the Associate
Director of Care Operations in the planning for bedded care within the Gt Yarmouth and Waveney area. Act as a role model
