About the Role
Education and Training Lead and oversee Training Needs Analyses, implementing agreed teaching programmes aligned to
Trust objectives in partnership with Heads of Nursing. Develop, coordinate and deliver planned education programmes that
meet the needs of multidisciplinary nursing and midwifery staff. Create and sustain a dynamic learning environment that
strengthens clinical competence and supports practice development. Provide expert advice to staff on educational
pathways, supporting achievement of personal development and appraisal objectives. Manage and monitor the CPD budget,
ensuring equitable access, accurate reporting and timely submission of financial data. Promote research awareness and
