About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
The Operational Lead plays a central role in developing, coordinating and delivering high‑quality resuscitation
education and clinical support across University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As an expert
in resuscitation practice, the post holder ensures that training, guidelines and service provision reflect national
standards, evidence‑based practice and Trust priorities for patient safety.
The role provides daily operational management of Resuscitation Services, overseeing delivery of training programmes,
