About the Role

To work alongside and support R&G Lead and the T&A Management team. To provide Clinical/Nursing support when

investigating accidents and incidents and identify and implement corrective action where necessary, in conjunction with

the R&G Lead, Head of Nursing and Clinical Director Meet with Clinical/Nursing Leads to take detailed briefs and clarify

specific requirements of each policy/project/innovation change. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with

clinical and nursing teams for education/training roll out. Develop spreadsheets, trackers, and process maps for

compliance monitoring (Mandatory/statutory/CQC compliance) In conjunction with senior management team support and
