About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Matron post within the Anaesthetics Directorate at University Hospitals
Dorset (UHD).
The role will have responsibility across Critical Care, Perioperative Medicine Outreach, Resuscitation, and the Acute
Pain Service.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable leadership experience within an acute setting and will be passionate
about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
