About the Role

To provide strong clinical and professional leadership and a supportive approach to, Team Leaders, and clinicians within

the multidisciplinary team (MDT). To be a visible, accessible, and authoritative presence in the clinical areas. To work

health and safety. To oversee and monitor the quality, timeliness, and development of nursing care in accordance with
