About the Role

We have an opportunity for a midwife to join our well established leadership team on a 12 month fixed term secondment.

The successful candidate will lead and be responsible for the delivery of high quality care and the patient experience

in the maternity inpatient area through proactive clinical and professional leadership to nursing and

midwiferystaffatall levelswithintheirareaofresponsibility.Thepostholderwill needtoensurethe delivery of high quality,

evidence based, compassionate nursing and midwifery care, and that the workforce is managed effectively and efficiently.

Thepost holderwill ensurethatwardmanagers haveadequatesupport toenablethemtofocuson their core responsibilities.
