  About the Role
As a Matron in the Urgent Community Response (UCR) team, you will lead and manage patient care, ensuring high-quality clinical services and a patient-centered approach. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and promote evidence-based practices while providing professional leadership and education to staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient assessments and care delivery.
- Advocate for patients within the multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate specialist services in hospital and community settings.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
- Develop and evaluate assessment tools for patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical standards.
- Experience in mentoring and training staff.

Location & Schedule
This position is based in the community, with a 7-day service from 08:00 to 20:00.
